Our Pouilly-Fumé Karine Lauverjat comes from a South-West facing vineyard which benefits from a favourable climate due to athe proximity of the Loire. Or a limestone soil, the viticulture is both traditional and limited in its use of additions, to 'produce a wine that is both round and taut at the same time, delicate, ample and distinguished'. The word 'Fumé' comes from the bloom that covers the Sauvignon grapes. very pale yellow colour, bright and crystal clear. Typical aroma of flint with a hint of white fruit on the aeration. On the palate a pure and strong dry wine, where the individual aromas are expressed.

Serve at 10°C at the time of the aperitif.
