In our domaine we have always favoured the lower slopes for this variety , as tthe depth of the clay is vital in allowing the characteristics of the terroir to shine through. The concentrated palate, ample and harmonius, prolongs the complexity of the aromas and well integrated tannins, and leads to a persistent  finale which lingers with real vivacity.

Pinot Noir

Serve betwenn 14° and 16°C

Cured meats, red meat grilled, roasted poultry, small game and certain fish, for a number of years. It also goes well with certain spicy dishes.
